Who runs Lomu

Lomu is operated by Martin Ahe. For privacy questions or requests, email hey@lomu.fm.

Newsletter

When you sign up, we record your email address, city, signup time, source and confirmation status. We use this information to confirm your subscription and send the monthly city playlist. Brevo handles confirmation and email delivery. We send the playlist only after you confirm by email. Your consent is the basis for these emails.

You can unsubscribe using a link in an email. We keep the signup record in Lomu’s database until you ask us to remove it; unsubscribing from emails does not automatically erase that record. Email us if you want it deleted.

Contact and feedback

If you use a contact or feedback form, we send your message and any email address you provide to our inbox through Brevo. Google Workspace hosts that inbox. We use the information to respond or improve Lomu. Our interest in handling messages you choose to send is the basis for this use. You can ask us to delete a message.

When you visit

Scaleway hosts the site and its database. Bunny.net delivers images. Technical request logs, which may include your IP address, help us keep the site secure and working.

The Spotify player loads on the Oslo page. Spotify may receive information about your visit and use cookies or similar technology. Spotify explains its practices in its privacy policy.

Your choices

Email hey@lomu.fm to ask what information we hold, correct it, withdraw newsletter consent or request deletion. You can also contact Datatilsynet, Norway’s data protection authority.
